Nikki Heffron, M.Ed, Co-Founder
Nikki is the Co-Founder of Rosemary’s House and serves as a Transitional Support resource to the Residents. Nikki believes that finding and sustaining healthy reengagement activities and promoting Residents personal development is a necessity on the road to long term recovery.
She takes a Person Centered approach and works with each Resident in achieving their short term goals while staying at Rosemary’s House. Nikki pulls from her previous work in Mental Health and as a School Adjustment Counselor when interfacing with Residents, families and staff.
She earned her Masters Degree from Bridgewater State University in 2015 with a focus in Mental Health Counseling and brings invaluable insight and understanding in her work at Rosemary’s House. She has experience working as both an individual and group counselor for a Partial Hospitalization Day Program as well as spending several years as a School Adjustment Counselor.
Nikkis decision to open Rosemary’s House is rooted in her strong desire to help individuals become the best version of themselves.
