Rosemary\u2019s House Mission & Values Statement<\/span><\/p>\n

Rosemary\u2019s House is committed in our efforts to support each resident on their individual journey toward maintaining sobriety and making the successful transition into a sustainable new sober life. We aim to accomplish this by providing a well defined program within the home and an embedded support structure. Rosemary\u2019s House strives to create an environment where residents can develop the personal accountability skills that are fundamental in the recovery process. Through the application and adherence of clearly established rules, obligations and standards. Rosemary\u2019s House will set the stage for residents to continue on their personal paths of sobriety. Rosemary\u2019s House will always remain open minded to all forms of recovery but is rooted in The 12 Steps of Recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rosemary\u2019s House Commitments<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Provide a 100% alcohol and drug free living environment with a ZERO tolerance policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Honor individuals\u2019 right to choose their recovery paths within the parameters defined by Rosemary\u2019s House rules, obligations and standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Protect the privacy, confidentiality and personal rights of each resident.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Provide consistent and uniformly applied rules, obligations and standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Promote the health, safety and welfare of each resident.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Address each resident in a fair, just and respectful manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Provide consistent, fair practices for drug testing that promote residents recovery and the health and safety of the recovery environment in totality.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Keeping each guest\u2019s recovery and successful transition as the primary factors in all decision making.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Allow opportunities for resident feedback on house operational decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Maintain clear professional and personal boundaries with all residents.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Provide an environment that promotes peace, safety and LIFE after addiction. To be a positive reflection of HOPE to not only our guests but the surrounding neighborhood and community.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Provide Services within our scope of practice.<\/span><\/p>\n

** Rosemary\u2019s House will operate within the purview of this Mission & Values Statement. If it is determined that a resident may require a higher level of support than is offered, Rosemary\u2019s House will assist to the best of our abilities to provide the appropriate referral(s).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
